My Christening

I was christened last Saturday at Kate Sessions Park here in San Diego. It's a beautiful park with panoramic views of the city, bay and Pacific. I love running up and down the hills! My family shared poems and prayers. Mommy cried because it was so special and beautiful. Here are some pictures, there are more to come though.

Auntie Jocelyn and Uncle Rex are my Godparents now.

Party People!!!

Here are some special moments from my Birthday Party! I had a carnival theme because I live with such a bunch of clowns. Those two cutie pies in the picture are my buddies Diego and Logan. We had snow cones, veggie burgers, and lots of fun playing with my new toys, swing and water table. Mommy made me wear this silly crown. I really felt like a King for a Day! I spent part of the day sitting in my new sandbox eating the calcium carbonate in the sand. It's NOT normal sand. Uncle Kris drove to Orange County to buy ground up marble sand because I didn't want silica dust in my sand. Okay, that was mommy's issue, but either way the sand is PERFECT! As white as sugar and good for you too. Thanks to all my friends for coming to the party!

My Birthday and Other Reasons to Celebrate!

I am so sorry that I haven't posted anything in awhile. We've been soooo busy! This month I turned 1!!! We had a huge party! Lots of my friends came out to celebrate and even my family from back east. My Nono from Virginia even flew out and surprised me. I'm one lucky kid! I love all my new toys, especially my ride on John Deere tractor and my ride on tow truck. Cars are so cool. In fact, making motor sounds is my favorite past time. I also got a green dinosaur rocker! You can see me hugging it in this picture. Now daddy's afraid I'll become a paleontolgist instead of a geologist.
Here are some pictures from birthday. I love my family:) By the way, I weigh 19.4 pounds now. A few more ounces and I'll finally weigh as much as mommy's diaper bag. P.S. Bet you can guess who got me the Lego Airplane...
